Yes — every package includes delivery, professional setup and pickup. You don't lift a thing. Individual item rentals include delivery within our standard zone as well.

We recommend 2–4 weeks ahead for peak season (May–September) and weekends. Signature games like PAC-MAN and Skee-Ball book up fastest since we carry limited units. That said, we can often accommodate shorter notice — submit a booking request and we'll confirm availability.

A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. We also collect a refundable damage deposit ($100) returned after your rental, provided everything comes back in good shape.

Most of our games work indoors and out. If weather makes your outdoor event impossible, we'll reschedule your booking to another available date at no charge. Inflatables and screens require suitable conditions for safe operation.

Arcade and electronic games (PAC-MAN, Skee-Ball, air hockey, BattlePutt) need a standard electrical outlet nearby. Lawn games and tables need nothing. We'll confirm power requirements when we confirm your booking.

Yes. Signature Games — PAC-MAN Arcade, Skee-Ball, the 2-in-1 Pool/Ping Pong table and BattlePutt — can be added to the Royal and Grand Royal packages for 50% of their regular rental price, right on top of your included games.

Once your booking request is approved, you can pay your deposit by e-transfer to payment@theroyalplay.ca (include your booking reference). Online card payments are coming soon.

Absolutely — our Corporate Experience package covers team-building tournaments, company celebrations and multi-game setups. Request a quote through our contact page and a specialist will tailor it to your team size and venue.
